Im currently 27YO, buying my 1st subsale property 370k
Its a condo that i will be buying for own stay, if market is good then might be able to sell off after 10years
My plan is to monthly deposit extra 500 to 1000 into account to offset the principle so that i can settle the loan earlier
There are offer from 2 banks that i have shortlisted and not sure which to choose from
Both 35years
MBB- 3.0+1.22= 4.22
MRTA 100k for 5years, premium RM 385
Loan total 343k, monthly installment Rm1568
Semi flexi loan
RHB- 3.75+0.45
MLTA 330k for 16years , premium RM 7100
Loan 350k, monthly installment Rm 1592
Fully flexi loan
*agent claimed rm0 withdrawal fee, no monthly fee, no set up fee*
Which one is better to choose, fully flexi or semi flexi?
