Sit down relax

Then dentist will give you a couple or a few couple of anaesthetic injections to numb the surrounding area. This is where it will be painful. But just for a few seconds.

Proceed to cut the gum if it requires surgery. No pain at all. You shouldn't feel anything at all.

If surgery not required, then dentist will proceed to extract the tooth.

U will feel some pressure (but no pain at all) as the dentist extracts the tooth. Like a tug of war.

Then it's done.

Dentist will put gauze at the extracted site to stop the bleeding. You can expect bleeding to continue for up to 12 hours and you are required to change the gauze by yourself every few hours.

After a few hours when the anaesthetic wears off, you will feel some pain from the extracted site. Like any typical wound pain.

Dentist will advise like do not rinse your mouth, do not eat any solid food, do not use straw to drink, etc.
