I had to reset my modem a week back and got this bullshit. Only saw the ad once but since all my DNS queries go through my own server via DoH I can confirm it's not a DNS hijack and something more nefarious (port 80/443 hijack?). Is this even legal? Update: Even worst is that I have to live with a link loss at the same time everyday which breaks all my connections.
