hello, i want to share something regarding claim issue, the iphone is telling in website than it has IP68, can enter water depth 4 meter for 30 minute, and splash resistant, dont believe this shit, kena sikit water at charger part, start face id cannot use, send for warranty, technician show one of the skrew inside karat, liquid damage is not cover they say.
*
Try contact Apple Support first before taking them to Authorised Apple Service Provider(AASP). If Apple agree to honour the warranty, then inform the AASP the case id and tell them to refer to Apple system.

Anyone here can recommend a good screen protector for IPhone 11 Pro?

I want a protector that look very close to a naked screen. As u know, iPhone is using Oled panel. Some other lousy protector really affect the actual color and darkness.
*
I bought from Aliexpress which is 0.1mm. Super thin and quality is superb with oleophobic coating. Cost including shipping is about RM10. Only drawback is you have to stick yourself.

I've seen 11 Pro Max 256GB going for as low as RM4100 now, so the question isn't how much can it sell, but at what price will you be able to get a willing buyer. I'd imagine below RM3.5k or so.
*
If you able to find a very low price 11 Pro Max, grab now.
12 review is not very good.
Batt life is shorter compared to 11.
5G consume 20% more batt life. I believe people will hold on getting 12 unless they want the superb camera.

Any reliable source of this info as so far I haven’t heard about this?

Before upgrading, there is a message of Service Battery. After upgrade to 14.5 and the Service Battery still appear, then you may go to AASP to replace the battery FOC.

Not immediately.

Only after few weeks if the Service Battery still appears, than we kay bring our device to any AASP to replace the battery FOC, correct?

How about if the warranty ended?
*
Correct. Even warranty expired also eligible for the free battery replacement.

Hi Guys,

I am using iphone 11, 128GB for almost 2 years now.
I just bought an iphone 11 + pro max 256GB from Switch Store.

My friend who is working there, share a good deal with me, and I bought the phone at RM1650. The condition is good, just that the battery is at 85%

Should i send the battery to apple store to change a new battery? If yes, what's the cost ya? I have been using my iphone 11 for 2 years and the battery just 88%.

Why i change to iphone 11 pro max, despite being the same model, because i need a larger phone and most important is the storage, cause my current phone are full of storage now lol
*
Wow, very good deal. Do got such good deal? Please PM me.
My battery already 78% and still can last a day. I'm not a heavy user.

Replacement battery in Apple Dealer is range from RM350 - RM380.
