I feel you! Iโ€™m having the same issue with my iPhone 11 Pro and itโ€™s only happening recently after 5 months of usage. This heating issue happen particularly in fb browsing with combination of post scrolling + video watching.
Let me know if you visited the service center and their feedback. Thanks!
