suppose same because all subscriptions in app or apple itself, go through Apple Payment gateway... Apple need get a portion of commission
most in app subscription go through Apple, unless you visit the app developer third party site, but then your payment is not protect by Apple, if anything happen, you cannot report problem to Apple and get back your money that easy

previously i have few in app purchases not going on smooth, i just go to Apple purchase history in my iPhone and report there is a problem and i got my refund to TnG eWallet immediately

for example, youtube music, subscribe through iOS youtube music app is more expensive than if you subscribe through google itself

i believe is exchange RM250 + RM100 diagnostic charge = total RM350
i think whole Malaysia AASP should be same price, if your area have machines, can call and ask
