Any newest reviews for this condo? I see some units being sold at higher prices than some based on per sqft, why ah? Is it the view or..?

Kinda interested in purchasing my first unit for myself in Shang Villa because:
- Near LRT
- Near park
- Freehold
- Big & some units within my budget

But want to hear from any current residence the pros and cons of this place.

Go view all units and form your conclusion. Many reasons from view, condition, furnishing, how desperate sellers, low or high floor, etc.

Small issue tho, I'm not staying in Malaysia at the moment So wanna gather all possible reviews and information before I make the trip down to view.

Continuing my search, I noticed Kelana Puteri is also freehold? Any reviews on that too? At least have more options in case after viewing one isn't as imagined still have backup
