The 400K unit is actually lake view. Very nice view.
Anyway, the actual answer is different round of auction. If no bidder, will drop 10% price and auction next round.

High density is good, apart from traffic jam. High density means there's population, when there's population means the area will be developed with business snd commercial. There's MRT here, there's aeon and aeon big here. Tons of shoplots, no problem finding food here. And this is direct access to lake. What else do u want?
