i dun give my son paracetamol until fever reach 38.5. so will monitor closely, will let him drink more water, fruits, no biscuits or heaty snacks...
once reach 38, try to wear lightly clothing, wet a cloth n wipe him, cooling room but not till cold How much of water he drink daily? |
