last time i work wit a small company which uses gsuite biz.
that time is still in beta, just need few $ to register, then can create unlimited account.
google edi mentioned very clear in their t&c that u're actually willingly beta testing & will change to paid service once final product is launch.

the gsuite biz launch, require to pay subscription per account.
boss merajuk, say wanna host own mail server.
i told him, ur user not much, u think hosting own server no need licenses & maintenance fees?
not to mentioned worst performance due to processing power & bandwidth & a lot less reliable due to no plan to redundancy.
not to mentioned hav to giv up a lot of crucial google features company been using, especially maps.
