You not used to HP warranty claim stuffs. So let me give you some help here. Usually when you call 1800 88 8588, select Bahasa Melayu, if you select English, your call will be transferred to India call center. I really hate those people over there, they will try very hard to make your life difficult to claim warranty , ask you do this la, that la... very hard for them to yield/give up and just arrange for onsite engineer to settle the problem.
Bahasa Melayu channel is abit easier to claim. Usually if you report a hardware failure, you go

If problems like cannot on at all, those stuffs, just tell that you already swap power adaptor and still no power. Problem solved.
