correction, the more problematic ones are the dq200 7 speed dry clutch. Even the more reliable dq250 6 speed wet clutch dsg also have problems here and there, just not the the point of the dry clutch version.Newer versions of 7 speed wet clutch have the code name of DQ/DL38x/5xx, these have improvements made from the learnings of the problematic 2xx series.
In short, avoid any gearbox that mated with engines below 250nm and you're better off.
