Not familiar with the place. Near to mid valley but no direct access if not wrong.

The only selling point of this project is the location.

if you have more than 1 car it will definitely be an issue. You will fight with river park,PPR and those parking at the KTM.

Bare minimum facilities until guard house is also considered one of it.

So near to HTC.
