I am using a Camel waterproof backpack. So far it is comfortable and been through more rain than I could count and everything stays dry even though the outside was completely soaked.

No. I am using saddle bags now. I intend to buy a 30l bag for my touring.

But I agree with you, it looks odd with top box for a sporty looking bike....

if ur hoping for waterproofness for the uglybros bag, id say better be wary.

my experience with their pouch bag... not so good in terms of waterproofing. worked the first 2-3 times and after that...... lets just say i had to throw a couple of packs of ciggie edi la hahahhahah

theres actually a comparison on youtube in regards to the quality of uglybros compared to kriega...can see the inner liner is thinner on the uglybros which could be the reason of the waterproofing being meh

i think u meant rock biker?

yeah i have both.... but my rock biker koyak edi...hence i bought the uglybros (since BE no more bring in rock biker). im not exactly manja with my pouch bags haahahha

rockbiker is direct copy of the Kriga R3 while uglybros is bigger.

rockbiker using tarpaulin inner liner hence will forver be waterproof unless koyak... uglybros... tatau apa this liner thing called.

anyway... uglybros... with some double sided tape and a thick plastic bag... waterproof issue solved heh heh heh

A piece of water proof plastic is 20 buck, poor people like me can't spend 1k for a bag, and also I don't think the big bag is for daily use. Maybe for long commute for trip only. The uglybros one impressive coz the mount is damn cool as kreiga.

not sure if you can find a tailbag to fit your lappy, alternatively get a waterproof bag and strap it to your pillion seat...

worth it or not? expensive stuff sometime not necessary worth it although they are high quality
*
Worth it or not depends on individual, for me. I use top box. Can fit whatever I want. So it's not worth for a bag at this price. But since you can't accept this idea and have some requirements to your bag. Then shop for better one might make you happy riding.

not asking u to buy the kriega... im just saying if u buy the uglybros... dont put too much faith on the waterproofing.

the uglybros i oso considering wanna buy or not... 30L + 20L + 20L and my 30L backpack would make a great long distance touring setup. but RM5xx for something i would only use once every few months (maybe even less!)...dunno worth it or not for me.
