Doing my 2nd practice yesterday.
My first time riding clutch.

Took some time but somehow i made it work. Those video on YouTube sure helps.

There's 2 bike. Kawasaki er6n and yamaha mt 07.
I tested both bike and i feel like the kawasaki is more tame and friendly compare to the mt 07. And apparently everyone that practice wtih me seem to agree.

Can't wait for my 3rd practice smile.gif

The RPK is the first section of the jpj you take.
Basically you need to check the
tyre front and back/ brakes condition / plate number front and back/ head lamp/ rear lamp/ signal lamp/ chain conditions/ oil level / petrol lvl / battery / road tax.

Basically they want you to describe to them that the motorcycle is road worthy. Vocally

RSM is a routine you need to do before riding.
Check front and rear tire
Check side mirror
Check signal left and right and back and front.
Check front light.
Check rear and brake light.
Check front brakes
Check rear brakes.

This is thing you need to perform evertime you start riding

You only need a few words in Malay to check the 13 bike parts e.g tayar depan elok, masih berbunga, tekanan angin cukup. tayar belakang ..etc
You didn't pass primary school BM ?

Just practice with your Malay friends a few times. It is easy.

Back then a few years ago when i take a car licence. There were a foreigner with our batch. And im pretty sure he can't speak malay.
But he happily ask everyone and try to converse in English. A friendly lad. He did say he came with an agent. So the agent though him everything.

Im not sure how he pass the L test though. I think you can also requests that test in English. After that everything should be fine.

I think the best way is to go look for an agent that can help you.

you opt for 3rd practice or included, mine is just flat 2 practice session,

1st session, no B2, no experience, the instructor teach me masuk gear only, then ask me round the course and play with gear
2nd session, do the full course over and over again, er6n quite friendly, only that they dont have the gear indicator, quite pening

Well, so the guy I'm messaging on WhatsApp told me not to worry about how many people there are at the center and that my instructor would just tell me what to do. Wondering if I should also take the weekend classes.

Don't worry about gear indicator, keep practising, you'll get used to the engine sound & respond to 'guess' which gear it's in. thumbsup.gif
