yup, you can write any amount but i wrote RM600 which is the price of the radio.
scared if i write more to claim my travel expenses and postages later the judge dont like then dont give me rewards lolx.
but still happy as long as i get back my money and screw this conshop guy. All the efforts to make this happen is worth it.

you can talk to NCCC first, walk in is the fastest way. they'll deal with you instantly. NCCC will give you advise and guide you.
NCCC is some kind of pregraduate lawyers lead by an expert, certain people only works on certain day.

got one bad experience they broke my car plastic casing socket. end up the plastic cant close properly and wiggle.
argued with them and they say its already broken before i come..

since then i diy all the stuffs myself.

worried judge later dislike, ask claimant to pay me radio instead of RM600 later. heh

in my opinion you should reach to NCCC first be4 reaching to tribunal.. NCCC will give you a fair advise. filling to tribunal takes alot of time and hassel.

Currently already lodge report to kpdnkk. And now during email we have to cc kpdnkk staff but the staff never respond anything on the email. So now im confused if it really will make a change. I been calling Maybank and Lazada non stop but still the case never solve..btw update to us the result after 14 days ya. Wanna see if merchant are scared with tribunal or not.
