How is your nutrition? Do you take multivitamins to supplement? If yes, maybe it is something else more serious, so better do a checkup.

Hi,

I noticed low testosterone symptoms in the past months. It got worse, i am constantly tired, sleepy, no morning wood, bad mood, low libido. I am 29 only sad.gif

No stress involved, career is good, life is stable, not much to worry. I eat regularly healthy and do gym 2-3 times per week. No alcohol or smoking.

Can someone recommend a clinic or hospital for me where they do blood and hormone tests? notworthy.gif

i tot at first u wanted to say low thyroid. in any case, any clinic that sends out its blood samples to a patho lab or hospital with those fancy/overkill/useless all-checkup plans is good enough. also, if you wish to test for testosterone levels (uncommon/rare for it to be checked on its own), you'll have to specify to the doctor for the path lab to run it.

Nutrition is good, I try to eat healthy, cook at home. Fish, chicken, veggies, avoid soft drinks with sugar. Use coconut oil. Supplement wise fish oil, multivitamin.

After reading your reply i contacted some nearby clinic/hospital and asked them about blood test including hormones and many do it. icon_idea.gif

If the result comes back bad and it's hormones problen, where should i go? Endocrinologist? rclxub.gif

The doctor at the lab can advise which specialist to go to based on your results.

From the available information, cut off 90% of oil intake.

TS description on nutrition is vaguely common.
Also consider TS goes to gym, do TS supplement on protein.
So TS probably end up like most MY with health problem.

On another note, doctors will define symptoms as problem, and treat the symptom, not correct the cause.

Do you consume red meat (pork, beef, lamb) or seafood as part of your diet? Might be zinc deficiency, you could try to take zinc supplement of 15-25mg per day to see if it improves your condition
