I walked in to Maxis center at Lowyat this Monday to apply mnp from my current telco to hotlink, was given the sim card and told the confirmation sms will be sent to me by the end of the day.. But I didn't receive any..

On Tuesday, I walked to Lowyat Maxis Store to double check if my mnp request is processed, the CS told me it is already in the system, but unsure of why the confirmation sms did not send to me. She suggested me to wait for another day and see how is it.

As of now, Wednesday 9pm, I have still yet to receive any sms for the confirmation to leave my current telco.

It is so unusal for me to not receiving the confirmation msg to leave my telco despite request submitted 3 days ago.. Can anyone enlighten me on this?

if your previous telco is postpaid. ,usually there a transfer fees .
