I try to do few do bank transactions online...such as paying credit card.

But, i do not receive any TAC fr bank. Any solution!?

which telco is that..sometiems will have delayed...

i think is the telco problems..not is u mnp new telco u wont receive the tac...

no need... sms notification is based on mobile number... not what telco mobile.....lol

i'm not sure if it's need to inform back... hahahaha...

my number mnp few times also no issue on TAC or sms from bank... make sure bank to your mobile numbers is corrects.

as said earlier, i send sms to u, is based on your mobile no, not which telco u use lmao... got that meaning ma? call digi ask, ask reset or check or wat issue, if the mobile number ties to your bank acc is correct.

Just call bank.... Need to inform bank.

Maybank usekess... Inform them.... After asking me many verify questions, ask me call back tomorrow.

Now, not their working hours.... If like tht, why ask me so many verification questions since I already indicated my problem in the first place.

last time i port from umobile to onexox. does't inform any bank at all..

does't seem like they asking me what telco u using i only can send sms notification.

even on their page web, setting also no telco for u to select.

as long as your hp no is correct and updated to their system. sms it's function well.

even u change your hp mobile for tac, via atm machine. no ask u which telco either laugh.gif laugh.gif

Some banks do not use one SMS gateway service. Different gateway for specific telco only

Just exprienced this issue yesterday from maybank , porting umob to digo a day before. Solved by requesting the TAC for second time.

no need for maybank. mnp celcom to unifi, tac received without prob. i dony inform mbb or did anything else

I had the same problem after changing telco by MNP from digi to xox. Cannot receive TAC from bank after that.

After googling, I found this suggestion from this website:

Taip UPDATE hantar ke 68886
Dalam 24 jam sudah boleh request semula TAC


I tried it and it works and can receive TAC after less than 1 hour
