Planning to find job in Singapore, can I know what is the market salary for 2 year working experience programmer?

3k+, if you luckily enough then might get 3.5k+, normally expected put 3k-3.3k

Thanks for reply. So usually 3.5k is the max only right? Does Singapore annual increment high or low? Or it is depends only company

normally they will still decrease if u put 3.5k, depends on company, rumors said MNC normally low, but just rumors.

Can I know as a Malaysian I only need to pay tax in Singapore? Or do I have to pay in Malaysia also when I have saving in Malaysia?

Yes, depends on company. Average you can get 3%, slightly lower in % compared to Malaysia.
