Well my sister pc has this plextor 128gb. Bought it around year 2012-2013. Around 2 months ago it had this weird problem where the size of the ssd space will shrink periodically. Other symptoms like slow file transfer, loading time and occasional crashes were noted.

I tried installing fresh copy win10 several times also but no avail. Ended up replacing with a new ssd and it solved the issue.
