I almost reach the level of that guy's body, 2-3 hour gym 4 times a week with strict control of your food intake will do that to you. But that was a couple years back la in my mid 20s.

But i found out later that it is true, most women do not like buff bodies, dad bods are the in thing. My exes all preferred me to have some tummy...today i have a nice slab of fat my waifu like to lie on, plus i get to enjoy food more.
