For my case, I'm having original advan rg2 on my car. I looked around and can see plenty of replicas based on the rg2.
Usually the replicas look similar from afar but you can tell something is off for example the spokes are thicker, the color does not match and the wording/stamping etc.
If you are buying from shop, take a look at the backside of the wheel as well. Usually there will be stamping such as Made In Japan/ Made in Italy instead of Japan Design/Japan Technology.
Also there should be stickers stating the wheel specs, production date and other info (depending on manufacturers).
If everything matches what you see from the manufacturer's website, it should be the genuine one. I don't know if anyone produces 100% similar replica and distribute them openly without getting into trouble.
