Hi all, need some advice, I have a property under my name and my sibling. Loan is fully under me. Now, we are looking into transferring from my sibling's name to my spouse's name so that my spouse can help in paying off of the loan and make withdrawals from EPF. Can I know what is the process like for this and cost? How long will it take and how complicated will it get? Do we need to execute a whole new agreement? Thanks.
