Latihan - individu, bersifat teknikal, skala kecil, tiada senario, jangka masa pendek, bersifat lokal.

Eksesais - berskala besar, menjangkau kawasan luar pangkalan, integration & coordinated, mempunyai senario utk diikuti.

Tolong faham term yg kami gunakan dlm ketenteraan... tiada pertikaian pls.
