Fill those clear 5L mineral water bottles with tap water. Place them outside your house.
Cats will run away because they see monsters in the water bottles. As a bonus, thieves will avoid your house becsuse they think they're black magic stuff owai. |

It's supposed to be clear tap water, not red. And best to use big bottles.
