Maxis,
My no 60125xxxxxx postpaid has been barred by Maxis after receiving a sms as per below. I have never applied to prepaid and suspected this is a scam/sabotage/hack. I lodged a report to Maxis (123) on 08/10/2019,20:00MYT and they gave me a case ID c22994106. However until now the line has been barred and no action taken from Maxis. Another call to Maxis (123) on 09/10/2019,20:00MYT but still no action taken, not even give me a call to update. To summarize, you fail to restore the service within 24hours (until now) and this is not acceptable because it is not my fault. Why your system is so bad?
I felt regret port-in to Maxis from other telco on 01/10/2019. I have lodged a report to MCMC as well.
