started today after finished my last meal with milk and some biscuit snack with 500mg vitamin C at 10:30pm, 9th Oct 2019... ketone at between 15-40m mg/dl,... from the color i estimate around 30 mg/dl blood glucose at 6.8mmol/L for the next 3 days,.. i'll eat nothing,.. only drink plain water,.. exercise and measure the status.. 6942nole liked this post

near 36 hours,.. ketone over 160 mg/dl ,.. blood sugar 4.9mmol/L,.. measure at 9:45am 11/10/19 truely in ketosis liao,.. mr_geforce liked this post

went for jogging,. can't even reach 1km 10 minutes already feel tired,... decided to cut short this experiment,.. cos tomorrow got important work to attend to, this evening need to prepare for it,..
b4 breaking fast,.. ketone already above 160 mg/dl,.. cannot measure anymore,.. but curiously blood sugar rise to 6.2 mmol/L,.. i guess my liver still got store some glycogen,.. releasing it when i jog,.. this fasting total time is 39 hours,.. maybe i'm too ambitious,.. should let my body condition for ketosis 1st,.. would start back this experiment, maybe next few weeks,.. ideally not clash with work,..
