Take care avoid injuries. When body lacks nutrient, getting injured may be amplified.
thanks,.. but i won;t be worry about that,.. cos according to research after fasting our body will generate more growth hormone and stem cells, which would repair the injuries more faster,..
the only cons of fasting is decrease of resting metabolic rate,.. depletion of some lean muscle (which i can gain back fast after breaking fast),.. mineral lost,.. refeeding complication if breaking fast eating too much..
went for jogging,. can't even reach 1km 10 minutes already feel tired,... decided to cut short this experiment,.. cos tomorrow got important work to attend to, this evening need to prepare for it,..
b4 breaking fast,.. ketone already above 160 mg/dl,.. cannot measure anymore,.. but curiously blood sugar rise to 6.2 mmol/L,.. i guess my liver still got store some glycogen,.. releasing it when i jog,..
this fasting total time is 39 hours,.. maybe i'm too ambitious,.. should let my body condition for ketosis 1st,..
would start back this experiment, maybe next few weeks,.. ideally not clash with work,..
