simple... turn it off.. lookup for windows firewall in control panel.

Are you mad? Turning off a firewall?! Then he'd come to the tech support sub-forum and ask how to get rid of the worm/trojan/spyware that got in as his computer was acting as a server for incoming connections.

The IP bloker in Bitcomet blocks Ip's which consistently send you garbage data. Personally, leave it as it is. It's harmless.
