As above the topic is stated . Is it a scam or what ?

I bought an Epson printer , and I was told when getting this printer I will be given an E-voucher from the reward company . But till now , still nothing ... called the company 03-9771 2328 numerous time and still no reply ? Always goes to a voice mail.

Has anyone had the same problem with me ?

why dont you call the shop where you bought it
or maybe ask their fb page

I received my RM80 TnG vouchers from Epson today. Bought my Epson printer and submitted for the rewards on Nov 4.

Good for you . I just called the no , it's full . Emailed them 2 times already and no reply .. so decided to call them ..and the voice mail is full . Epson should just fire this agent's .

Which agent? Mine I bought from ALLIT in Low Yat and then went home and went to Epson's website to enter the purchase detail's for the rewards. I bought the white Ecotank printer.

i submitted by 16 nov 2019, until today (11 jan 2020) still did not receive RM80 TnG voucher, email also no reply ....

U need to call them .. if u don't .. get ready to say Bye bye to it

i just received my RM50 + RM30 voucher, i never call , just send 1 email, so i think we just need patience
