6B to create 350K jobs.
What open a bunch of shell.companies and make jobs out of thin air?
Why don't ask give 6B to ministry of education improve our horrid system so they can do more than black shoes? At least train our emerging generation to be more skillful and productive. (Or set up programs to retrain existing workforce)
Pretty sure ROI would be higher for the long term that way.
I can think of a lot of ministries more deserving...like the above mentioned education, human resource and economic development.
This guy nothing to do at the.sports ministry is it?

QUOTE(yhtan @ Oct 9 2019, 10:29 AM) Actually to solve the solution is quite easy, move some graduate to blue collar and fill in the role, so that we are less reliant on foreign worker. For example Electrical is lacking of local worker, move some to this industry. Of course it is a hard way because u need to discuss with HR minister and also the industry feedback. That's why I said do retraining program for skilled trades. Do you know how hard is it to find local skilled trades . All having to get foreigners , because there is no one skilled in the trades in the current generation. All the local.ones are old sifu about to retire.

QUOTE(yhtan @ Oct 9 2019, 10:42 AM) Even for housing punya electrical and plumbing which has short of locals, only those dropout from schools work in it because they have no choice. In fact give them training and the earnings can be par with white collar, but of course no such thing like sitting inside aircond room lah. Let say mechanic, definitely in future have to learn how to deal with hybrid/electric car, so provide training on this so that market can absorb them. After a few years these guys earn more than fresh grads lah. Thier pay is 100 to 150 per day, depending on experience. Hell even Bangla earn more than fresh graduates. Skilled foreign workers can earn up to 100 to 120/day. Yes, it is hard work. Hot, dirty, but it is an honest day work. When I was in uni, I worked under table as an apprentice mechanic. Ended up building custom 600hp tuned engines. It's a lifelong skill. Even if all things go to shit, I can still make a living fixing cars. Until then I don't have to worry about mechanics cheating me when they are fixing my car.

QUOTE(PathofLife @ Oct 9 2019, 11:45 AM) If no road map please dont propose. Even company has a road map to investor if they want to use funds. QUOTE(sainod @ Oct 9 2019, 03:43 PM) Says the guy who has never worked before, never run a business before, all he did is talk (debater) This is the difference between a wannabe Academician trying to do a seasoned humanitarian, entrepreneur, business minded individual's job. That Mazlee fellow is another one. Full of hair brain ideas. Want to increase 1M CAPEX also have to go through months of ROI calculations and proposals. More so 6B. I suspect everyone in business is laughing at him, even those that can benefit from it.
