Hi this is Mun Loong , I am also an owner and was trying to seek out other tenants on this issue.

The latest I've got is a letter notification on the option to take up their proposal for Rental Pool or take back the vacant possession as they will terminate the tenancy agreement by 31st Dec 2019.

We were given a dateline by 23rd Dec 2019.

I am seeking out other owner(s) to for opinion before deciding the next course of action.
