There is one small piece of empty land between One Maxim (ready for VP) & M Centura (under construction), anyone know what will be the future project plan? Another high rise or commercial shoplot?

Hmm actually there is a lot of shoplot in Maxim Citylight, as well as the future Sentul Point.. The one lack is the shopping mall 😂

I dont mind more development along this road but the infrastructure will need to upgrade accordingly (unfortunately it is not).....

Now Mah Sing and UOA is doing some upgrading of the road "infront" of their project site and you can see 2 lanes become 3 lanes now but ..damn.. after their project site, it narrows back to 2 lanes.. so is LPPL

Wonder when will the govt revive the MRT3 Circle Line project. If there's one or two stations planned there, I'm sure it'll greatly alleviate the traffic there once it's operational.

Now the govt's priorities have gone upside down. Prefer to use taxpayers monies to acquire a few highways for their toll experiment and continue highway projects, but cancel/postpone public transportation projects which will greatly benefit the rakyat on the whole.

Too many Condo development at surroundings too.

Hopefully can improve the roads and extend the LRT to nearby.

Since Jalan Sentul Pasar got so many Condo around. What would be the new best name for this area?

Sentul got divided into east & west.. I would propose Sentul Pasar rename to Sentul Central XD 😂

Already got Bandar Baru Sentul. That's where the main center of Sentul is located.
