Tyre recommendation for 14" rim, 175/65/14 or other profile 150-180budget

Looking for tyre upgrade for my gf myvi.. Please give some opinion as i try to read, normally is kinda old thread... I think ori myvi is 175/65/14 as she change once but i not sure did she follow the original profile.. Budget around 150-180
Priority handling.I think no UHP budget tyre for this 14" right? Currently my mind is CC6, is hankook kinergy eco2 good?
