Keep calm and sabar guys...now Chaka already kena purged and banished from the 1st team....now u guys all hell break loose on emery make him pressure...when he pressure he also pening now...keep experimenting based on external feedbacks but still didnt bring in results...

Later he kena sacked...new manager not gonna have an easy task to turn this around...if fans too extreme arsenal season might just go into full meltdownfrom now until the end of season....

At least during wenger time the meltdown/autumn season is end december onwards....

Lol this is nothing compared to other clubs.
The market were inflated, he didnt even spends much compared to other clubs.

Wenger consistently qualifies us to CL which gave the board money and usually lasting until top 16 and top 8 (the longer you last, more money you make).
And placing higher on EPL also gives you more money, and he consistently placing top 4.

But now, Emery cant even qualifies us to CL making us lose money.
I think even the board are not happy with emery.

Actually, the reason why you think we did not spend much is because you only look at transfer fees but not at the wages. If you look at the wages, it is always very high because of his wage policy. And the thing is, at his final years, you can see that most of the players were average but yet we are still paying high wages. Because Wenger wage policy is players is a socialist kind of policy whereby the wage gap is very narrow. This does not make sense because then it's going to be very hard to pay salary to say players like C Ronaldo, or RVP because they will demand very high salary.

The thing is people always look at the transfers but then they forget that wages is also a major part of the expenditure and arsenal wages has always been at the very high end. Of course considering the fact that he manages to qualify for the CL every season so that is why we can overlook this. But then the thing is, it could have been much better if this is managed properly. Also, when you look at arsenal squad, it seems pretty much oversize. That is why there was a massive selling spree to get rid of fringe players who are on massive wages. The thing is, those players are sell at below cost because the club has to get rid of those players quickly.

If you look at the way transfers are being done. This is too obvious. I just dunno how Arsene fails to learn espacially during the RVP saga that letting players go to the final year of the contract is never ideal. And he did this with Sanchez and Ozil as well. He could have easily sold Sanchez for 70 million pounds but yet choose not to do so in the last moment.

Anyway. doing good business in transfer is pretty much important right now. If you look at the clubs who are successful right now, they all do good business in transfer. Like Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham and Leicester. On the underhand, Arsenal is in a downward spiral because they mess up in the transfer side and the wage side.

If Wenger continue, I think the club would have been in really big trouble. It's unsustainable the wages and also the average players that are in the club. The thing is, I think the board would have probably allowed him to stay one more year if he did not mess up . But then the thing is, the problem is not only on field but off field as well. If he continues, the club would not have recovered. The wage was for champions league yet he is now playing in Europa.

But then we never expect to see another joker right now. The thing is, the management is a joke. Paying 6 million is better then risking all the important players leaving. The thing is. CL qualification via league is impossible now. We can only qualify through Europa but then as you know. Anything can happen in cup competition and to be honest, looking at the mess. I think it's hard.

As I have said, better to get rid of him and then get a credential manager right now because if you use ljunberg, i am pretty sure most of the players are going to leave and arsenal will just become a mid table club from now onwards.

Incredible how much 10 years can do. 10 years ago, arsenal have a good future. Now, to be honest, there is a possibility of becoming another nottingham forest.

Arsenal BOD all no balls wan... we will keep losing if we stick with this Punai clown... he has lost his way. he is not Wenger, he ain't got immunity card, so just do the right thing and kick him out while still can. there is quality manager available now, don't end up like how we lost Klopp to rival clubs.

oh well, not like Arsenal BOD gonna do anything though... like i said, they are a bunch of ball-less idiots taking big fat pay check knowing fans will support them anyway. whistling.gif

so apparently the board are blaming the fans for negative atmosphere in the stadium, which leads to bad results.

like fuck me right, it's not like bad results lead to negative atmosphere or anything in the first place. semua salah fans

it's from an article from ol Ornstein on The Athletic, but since it's paywalled i'm going to c&p the summary of the article, taken from reddit.

QUOTE
The Athletic has learned the decision to remove the armband from Xhaka and then hand it to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has divided opinion inside the North London club.

Although Xhaka’s popularity has always been mixed among Arsenal supporters, who seemed to take a particularly dim view of the 27-year-old Switzerland midfielder being appointed as permanent skipper in September, he was generally well-regarded by players and staff.

Some within the set-up, therefore, believe Xhaka has been “thrown under the bus” internally following his actions as he was substituted during Arsenal’s 2-2 draw against Crystal Palace last month.

Others, however, intimate that by storming away from the Emirates Stadium after that incident and declining to privately apologise to his colleagues, he has lost much of their respect.

On November 2, it is understood he was involved in a heated exchange with a team-mate.

Unlike Unai Emery’s original call to give Xhaka the captaincy, when the squad were polled as part of the process, on this occasion, they did not formally contribute and most of them found out Aubameyang was the new skipper via the head coach’s news conference ahead of last week’s Europa League tie away to Vitoria.

There is a feeling this sentiment, rather than public pressure, played a key role in ending Xhaka’s tenure; the sense being that he could well have retained the armband if he had said sorry to his peers.

The 30-year-old striker is said to have irritated some people by developing a relationship with AFTV, the YouTube channel that calls itself the “Unofficial Voice of Arsenal fans around the world”.

Many at the club believe the growth of AFTV, formerly known as ArsenalFanTV, has contributed to an upsurge in negativity towards the team and specific players from sections of the support.

Sources suggest Aubameyang was “so smart” to strike up a rapport with the channel and express a view that in “promoting” the content, he is effectively endorsing and encouraging more of it to be produced, and making himself immune to criticism even if his performance level drops.

The Gabon international appearing to “like” a number of contentious AFTV posts on Instagram, including one in June criticising Emery and another in September calling for Xhaka to be sold in the next transfer window, is said to have left team-mates and staff unimpressed.

Apparently, Aubameyang has also been asked to stop engaging with one of AFTV’s contributors, ‘Troopz’. It is claimed that complaints have been lodged about Aubameyang inviting the supporter to watch games from his executive box, which is situated in the same quadrant of the ground that houses the majority of other player boxes and is intended for use by family and friends.

The club are understandably keen to extend his deal, but it is thought the player would prefer to see if his side qualify for next season’s Champions League before making a commitment.

and this is from Arseblog's tweet. not sure where the original article is from, maybe someone can help us with that.
