Its a fraud to misuse epf money meant for reno or other expenses..acc 2 clearly states its legit purposes...if kena caught then jail term...so just ensure ur friends around dont report to epf to get u in trouble...
After pencen lain cerita...ur money...can do whatever u want Know the diff... |

QUOTE(alexkos @ Oct 5 2019, 11:10 PM) hehe panlai Not that complicated la brother.1) buy a house, drop downpayment, use epf ac 2 for installment 2) refinance that house 3) take that money to settle car loan 4) ?? 5) profit! Buy a new house that you don’t need to pay much for deposit. Apply epf withdrawal for the “deposit”. You can use that money for anything you want. |

logically it is possible, if you have recently bought a house.
apart from that, it is not so wise to pay cash to buy a car. unless you have too much cash that you do not know how to spend. i) serving a car loan and paying on time is also a + point on the ccris/ctos report. ii) car interest rate is much lesser than cc or personal loan. if you foresee you wont run into financial problem then go ahead. |
