can anyone recommend a simple to maneuever tv box for my parent?

mostly need astro hua li channel, ho kien and tvb, and just 8tv, and can surf youtube..

I am new to these tv box thingy and I dont watch tv much, a simple and budget one will do, hope can get guidance from all forumers.. thanks
