i got suspended from KLIA about 2 weeks ago. Suspension would last for a month. I have called CS 3-4 times seeking justification for my suspension but they said their team would get back to me.

According to Grab, i have cancelled many times. My questions are:

1) how many times can i cancel in a week or month? (KLIA)

2) If passenger cancel will affect driver, how is that fair?
