What is the solution of Desktop windows 10 and sound system not work? I'm not able to fix my desktop win 10 sound system. I change and reinstall driver but not work.. Please help me.

Just reformat? What driver u use? Can try update your GPU driver then see how.

did you update to latest win10 1903?if yes then dats the problems, 1903 got some problem on certain laptops sound device. what i did is do the system recovery and back to default open box windows 10 n update till 1809. Do not reset windows because it reset to latest windows u already got. refer to your laptop manufacture for recovery manual.

How to back 1809 version. My laptop is k555la brand AUSUS.

hmm..try full reset 1st, before restart, hold shift then restart, windows will reboot to recovery menu, from there choose :

Troubleshoot > Reset this PC > choose Remove everything (warning, backup all your files to a external drive, because this will wipe everything on your laptop)

remove all sound driver, including the hidden one in safemode. and reinstall back the driver. that do the trick. atleast on my case.
