Kota kemuning is better for residential and been residential since late 90s. Many shop also.

Glenmarie baru this 3 years sahaja jd residential. If u talk glenmarie neighbour ttdi, since 90s sudah ada but bit low classs la. Glenmarie nama pun mmg high keras. But remember ya situ no school. At least kota kemuning got many school, bukit rimau also dekat.

i work here, for more than 10 years alrdy

i say, many selection for food, nearby subang jaya, ez access to nkve, guthrie, federal, to klang, to setia alam, nearby jelutong, got dead mall space u8 for movies its MBO anyway

near stadium, giant, aeon, tesco, near seksyen 9, near big mosque, MSU girls, car workshop, tyre shop, nasi kandar raihan, puspakom, poslaju, and many other courier company.

currently a bit congested due to the LRT3 construction, but once siap, u get to use LRT3.
All this congestion only during morning and afterwork hours 5-7pm, usually after that its very peaceful

U can already use the available lrt line, stesen glenmarie to go KL or putra heights.

It's near peatland and the open burning are in Johan Setia
