As per title
I am wanting to know what masters programme can I pursue once I graduate from HWUM with a (hopefully) first class honours degree in bsc Actuarial Science? Can I pursue engineering as a graduate student as I have taken science subjects(physics and chemistry) at A level?

You have some areas that are suited, e.g. Master in Data Science, Master of Business Administration, Master in Business Information Systems (it's IT) or Master by Research in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Machine Learning, etc.

It depends on which career pathway you would like to go.
I don't think you are able to join Engineering Master Programme with Actuarial Science Degree.
I would suggest you to look into Master in Data Science / Artificial Intelligence since the world is going into IR 4.0 era.
