it doesn't matter for msians, as the msian passport has NO surname, so you can put anything any order you want as surname....
because 80% of the population has no surname anyway....malays, many s&s natives and tamil indians... the msian passport does not follow the icao convention of << sign separating surname from given name, so technically the whole name is the surname....and there is no given name....
