Hey Criptonox89, maybe its not such a good idea to get a crystal case. I used a crystal case for about 2 months and i found scratches the back cover of the slider. I guess its caused by the friction between the slider cover and the crystal casing. No doubt it'll save ur N70 from a fall or 2. The clip on my crystal case gave way after 3 falls if im not mistaken. my advice is to just get a AAA grade casing.

WOW. 1st it was pure black.... and now pearl white... what next???? Rainbow colour? Btw, i just got myself an AP grade housing for rm50 from some shop in lowyat. Black body with silver face plate. Does not come with keypad though..... . Fits perfectly and the back camera slider is almost identical as the original in terms of working condition. oh and i got the back slider skinned too!!! I LOVE it!!! But i wonder how long will this housing last me..... i have a feeling that its colour will fade in a few months......

This is how my N70 looks like now from the back. The initial colour of the back cover is full black so the skinning isnt that obvious. But still it looks kinda cool to me. I also consider it as some form of protection against scratches. So what do u ppl think?

Im using that colour casing. Just that the camera part on the back is black as well. Uber Cool!!!

I bought black with silver face plate AP housing from lowyat plaza for RM50. Looks as good as the original housing and the camera slide is very sturdy.

Power MP3 is the best IMHO. Ask around and ppl would tell u the same thing. LCG jukebox also works fine.

Mine takes roughly the same amount of time but i still remember clearly that when i 1st bought my phone it didnt take more than 15 seconds to turn on. Was still using v.3.0546.2.3 back then. Still using it till today too. But aint using my N70 anymore. Upgraded to a SE P990i but my N70 is still in use la ..... just that its offline all the time. Have to say that N70 is still more user friendly and more solid in construction compared with the P990i

Yea. The sound output through headphones is better compared to my N70 but i would say on par compared to my bros 5700 music phone. But the speakers, though quite crisp and clear, is not comparable to the loud output of the N70 or dual speakers on the 5700.

A normal N70 can also look like a ME N70 by changing its casing to a black one. The difference is the firmware. Maybe your N70 is still running on the normal N70 firmware and not the music edition firmware. Ask the other N70 sifu's to verify your firmware version.

Wow. Seems that N70 is still surviving these days. Sold off mine to a friend a few months ago. Anyway, i got AAA grade housing from a shop in lowyat. Its near the back of OS shop (i think thats the name). Got it for RM50 if i remember correctly. But no keypad though.
