erm I've upgraded my phone to the latest firmware (first time upgrading) .. after upgrading my phone can't seem to read or type chinese words. What should i do?

hmm but another friend of mine did this, his phone's chinese language settings is still in the phone ... btw it is a different phone .. but same brand la .. N series also ..
