Still a newbie to NOKIA here, so can I know if the SIM card needs to be removed first before flashing with NUS? And if I accidentally kill my phone, still can send for warranty?

I don't think cyber cafes will allow you to simply install software right? Need to install PC Suite and NSU, summore need to connect a USB cable

But is an antivirus vital for N70? I'm thinking of uninstalling mine, will the phone be faster and is it worth it to do so? I find SE phones so much faster

I'm not complaining about stability, just the speed

I don't simply turn on BT, but I do download and install software from the net... Still need antivirus or not?

Oh, thanks I could always do a Hard Reset if things go back, just that I would need to reconfigure everything

By the way, if I update my N70 through NSU but somehow screw up during the process... Can I save my phone by doing a Hard Reset, or do I need to send it to a service center?

I still haven't flash, hope something like that won't happen

One more question if you don't mind Are both editions (Normal and ME) of N70 running on the same platform? Is it S60 2nd Edition or S60 3rd Edition? Confused liao because I read somewhere that ME is 3rd Edition

I just did a Hard Reset by pressing the 3 keys, but the phone won't start after that. Any ideas why? Or is there a specific way while doing a Reset? Do I need to hold down all the 3 keys during the process?

Hi, any experts here can tell me what will happen if NSU lost connection to my phone while updating at around 80%?

Will the phone still even start up at all? Because mine did

Added on August 2, 2007, 6:40 pmJust updated PC Suite to the latest version, and my connection problem is solved Last time, it took me lots of tries to get the phone detected by Windows

I also decided to run NSU again and chose to reinstall my firmware... Guess what?

Guys, another question... The life timer is shown in hours or minutes? If mine is 180.0 does that mean it's 3 hours?

N70 got Internet Edition one meh? I thought only have Standard and ME...

I read the first post ady, but which is IE? I can only see Music Edition in roughly the middle section and a bunch of generic ones on top
