I want to bleach + dye my hair at home, prefer not to go to the salon because very mahal, can cost up to hundreds. (If I DIY at home the kaler become cacat also ok la I can accept, learning experience!!)

Bleach because my hair is like typical Asian, very black. (I tried to dye at home without bleaching before - used up the whole box, not even a TINY bit of difference.)
Dye I'm not sure what colour yet, maybe a really really really dark shade of blue/green. (Think Coraline)

Problem is I am hair dye noob and have no idea where to start. I am overwhelmed by the sheer amount of tutorials on youtube, but a vast majority of those are uploaded by angmo one, I search how to bleach black hair DIY also the person in the video kata their hair is DYED black, originally blonde. I can't seem to find much videos from other Asians in the same boat as me - want to do everything DIY from scratch at home.

If anyone who's done this before (or knows anyone who has) could give me some advice it'd be really really really appreciated!!! Some things that would be nice to know:
1. Any helpful yt videos/articles/lists you referred to? Link or specify name pls!!
2. What are some things I'll need to buy/prepare first? Where can I get these things, and est. how much will everything cost altogether? (I know la not so easy can just buy the colour box and settle fuish if only that senang)
3. If not also, just any kind of information at all would be appreciated
