Unable to connect to mobile data, Redmi 5a sudden issue

As per title, the phone was disconnected from mobile data since yesterday. Tested SIM card in another phone, working fine so it's not the SIM card issue. Already did a factory reset but still unable to connect to data and unable to make and receive calls. Phone is able to connect to WiFi though.
Don't know what else to do. Hope to get some assistance here please. Thank you |

Root and try install other rom or flash radio kernel.
Or else cellular chip spoilt ad.... |
