Azpi have been 50/50. On some occassion he did well to win the ball and possession. But his recovery speed is slow. So when out of position then gg.

Perhaps put James in? Its a gamble. He might do well. If not then let him learn the hard way from a big game.

City press very well too imo. Credits to them for that. Lamps need a plan B.

We are playing how we usually play. We are not sitting back and just hitting City on the counter. I'm not sure if it's good or bad. It shows we are confident enough to play our own game. But it's showing some of our weakness too. Which is we might have problem against City's pressing.

Watched the replay of the Mahrez goal. Kovacic was trying to do a through pass from all the way in our own half, Emerson is attacking. The pass got cut out, and immediately City goes to our left looking for Mahrez.

Perhaps Kovacic shud not have attempted that pass all the way from our own half. A bit wishful thinking. 😅
