I rate Lamps 7 out of 10. Factoring in the transfer ban and lost of Hazard, and his lack of experience. With all in place, he is definitely doing well.

Some of the things like tactics, player management, signings, can't really judge yet based on just half season. But with his experience, can say he is still learning. And we hope he learn fast, adapt fast.
