RB : Youcef Atal (Nice) (Good competition for James so he dont slak off during matches or training)
CAM : Sergej Milinković-Savić (Lazio) or Donny van de Beek (Ajax) (Chelsea need someone who can connect to midfield to the attack with RLC out for long time its a no brainer)
RW : Jadon Sancho or Hakim Ziyech ( Personally i get both and sell away william & pedro)
Forward : Alexandre Lacazette (Arsenal in chaos now and his contract is running low) or Raúl Jiménez or Moussa Dembélé (I like the idea of loaning luka jovic but i dont think real madrid will allow it)

as for CB position yes koulibaly makes to most sense but at 28 year old...unless his fee is below 60mil i wont sign him and dealing with napoli is a pain in the ass.
